They are best suited to people who have moved beyond immediate crisis and are looking for deeper understanding around recurring patterns, attachment wounds, integration challenges, or the broader developmental process of becoming more secure. These sessions are less focused on ongoing therapeutic-treatment, and more focused on consultation, orientation, and depth-level exploration. DISCLAIMER: These are professional consultation sessions offered within the scope of Ken Reid’s counselling and psychoeducational practice. They are not a substitute for crisis or ongoing trauma treatment, and appropriate referrals may be recommended where needed. Sessions may be appropriate for: - Complex or longstanding relational patterns - Difficulty moving beyond insight into deeper change - Questions about attachment, identity, and secure functioning - Integrating lessons after painful relationships or relational trauma - Thought partnership around complex or atypical healing challenges These sessions may include: - Big-picture pattern recognition - Psychoeducation and developmental orientation - Mapping where you may be in your healing process - Clarifying possible next steps in your growth Please note: These sessions are not designed for: - immediate recovery support after an abrupt breakup on-going trauma therapy - addiction or severe emotional dysregulation support For those needs, please explore the more appropriate support pathways within the practice.
