Service Description
These sessions are designed for individuals navigating acute relationship distress — including breakups, attachment confusion, grief, or identity-related challenges. This is a consultation-based service intended to help you gain clarity, perspective, and emotional steadiness during difficult relational moments. If further work is appropriate, Ken is open to discussing ongoing support depending on availability. Ken’s approach focuses on: Psychoeducation and understanding relational patterns Insight development Attachment awareness Emotional regulation tools This service is not recommended for those needing support with addiction, compulsive behaviours, persistent emotional dysregulation, trauma recovery outside of grief or breakup work, or assistance in trying to reconcile with an ex-partner. Cancellation Policy
For Questions about Booking a session please refer to FAQs FOR SESSION RESCHEDULING Please be advised that any request for cancellation or rescheduling should be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. The rescheduled time and date will be subject to time slot availability. It is important to note that payments for any cancelled sessions within 48 hours are non-refundable. However, they are available for rescheduling. If you have any additional inquiries or concerns before your session, please do not hesitate to reach out to the specific Counsellor, Therapist, or Coach you have booked.
