Cancellation Policy

FOR CLARITY CALL & PAID SESSION RESCHEDULING Please be advised that any request for cancellation or rescheduling should be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Rescheduled time and date will be subject to time slot availability. FOR PAID SESSION It is important to note that payments for cancelled sessions within 48 hours are non-refundable. However, they are available for rescheduling. If you have any additional inquiries or concerns before your session, please do not hesitate to reach out to the specific Counsellor or Coach you have booked.
