AWARENESS

Part 1.

We focus on the blindspots and traumatic experiences that are impacting your dating and relationships and preventing you from achieving what you want. 

We take the time to go through better understand your existing patterns of behaviour that are keeping you stuck and focus on giving you the tools to overcome any self-sabotage and to start your healing journey.

ALIGNMENT

Part 2.

We focus on whom YOU want to become and the kind of person you want to be.

We will take the time to also understand the kind of life and relationship experience you want and who you need to become in order to attract this future vision of your future. This will help you ensure you're in alignment with your dreams - not working towards something for the sake of it.

ACTION

Part 3.

This is all about learning how to set effective boundaries, and raising your self-esteem and self-worth to ensure that you're taking aligned action towards your goals to overcome people-pleasing and any burnout you're experiencing.

You will feel more confident, at ease and also more secure in your attachment and feel more at peace, overcoming any anxiety you once felt.
